Shunsuke Michieda faces fan chaos at Busan Film Festival

Chaos erupted at the 31st Busan International Film Festival during a promotional event for the film ‘Uruwashii Yoi no Tsuki’. Shunsuke Michieda, a member of the Japanese idol group Naniwa Danshi, was surrounded by a massive crowd of fans as he attempted to leave the venue.

Reports indicate that the intense crowding caused significant distress to actress Seira Anzai, who was walking behind Michieda. Anzai was reportedly seen crying and visibly shaken by the surge of people. In response to the situation, Michieda reportedly displayed a rare stern expression, making gestures to clear a path and, according to some witnesses, shouting, “Make way!”

Prior to the screening, further disorder was noted during the seating process for the paid event. Conflicts broke out among attendees over front-row seats, including an altercation between fans that reportedly required mediation. Observers have criticized the festival organizers for failing to implement adequate security measures to separate performers from the audience and ensure safe movement through the venue.
