Sicily lifts beach algae ban as Italian cities champion urban bathing and a Riviera club celebrates 30 years

In Treviso, municipal councillor Marco Zabai presented a proposal to restore the city's rivers for public bathing, citing European examples and emphasizing infrastructure upgrades to ensure water quality and safety.
