Siegfried Mureşan criticizes Romanian ministerial nominations

European Parliament member and PNL politician Siegfried Mureşan has criticized the current ministerial nominations proposed by the PSD. Mureşan, who was previously designated as prime minister but failed to secure a vote of investiture in Parliament, argued that Romania deserves a superior government.

He claimed that the PNL had proposed competent individuals for 11 ministries two weeks prior to the current nominations. Mureşan stated that his team's candidates were prepared to continue reforms, reduce waste, attract European funds, and modernize the state, but they did not receive the necessary parliamentary vote. He asserted that to achieve a better government, a majority must be formed through upcoming elections to modernize the country.
