Siemens Healthineers shares fall as JPMorgan and Berenberg cut target prices

JPMorgan reduced its price target for Siemens Healthineers from €55.80 to €54.30 while keeping an Overweight rating. The analyst cited margin pressure in the imaging segment from U.S. tariff policy and inflation, and noted that a planned further divestment by the parent company could limit short‑term upside.

Berenberg lowered its target from €54 to €39 and changed its recommendation from Buy to Hold. It pointed to a mix of currency fluctuations, potential tariff impacts, inflation‑driven cost pressures, uncertainty over additional share sales and a weak performance in the diagnostics division. Both revisions prompted a decline in the German‑listed stock.
