Silent Hill 2 sees major discount and upcoming PlayStation Plus departure

The psychological horror title Silent Hill 2 is currently featured in a 60% discount promotion on the PlayStation Store for PS5. The remake, developed by Bloober Team and published by Konami, follows the story of James Sunderland as he explores the fog-covered town of Silent Hill.

Separately, Silent Hill 2 is scheduled to depart the PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium catalogs on October 20, 2026. This removal is part of the service's standard title rotation driven by licensing agreements. While subscribers will lose access to the game on that date, those who purchased the title separately will retain access.
