Vietnam coffee prices rise amid global market fluctuations
Coffee prices in Vietnam's Central Highlands have shown recent upward movement, rising by approximately 200 VND/kg to reach a range of 92,300 - 93,200 VND/kg. Dak Nong continues to lead with the highest purchase prices at 93,200 VND/kg, followed by Dak Lak and Gia Lai at 93,000 VND/kg.
On international markets, both Robusta and Arabica have experienced significant gains. In London, Robusta November 2026 contracts rose by 70 USD/ton to 3,484 USD/ton. In New York, Arabica December 2026 contracts increased by 3.30% to 315.70 cents/lb. While global supply for the 2026-2027 season is projected to reach record levels, market volatility remains due to concerns over reserve levels.
In other agricultural sectors, domestic pepper prices have remained relatively stable in the 137,500 - 140,000 VND/kg range, while pork prices across Vietnam have fluctuated between 50,000 and 53,000 VND/kg depending on the region.
