Simone Biles sells Texas home with husband Jonathan Owens

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles shared an emotional video on TikTok reflecting on the sale of her Houston-area home. Biles, 29, expressed surprise at her emotional reaction to leaving the property, where she and her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, had lived for six years.

The nearly 4,000-square-foot residence in a gated community near Spring, Texas, was listed for $1.275 million and sold within four days. While the exact sale price was not disclosed, the Houston Association of Realtors indicated it sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million. The home featured amenities including a heated pool, a sauna, and a custom wine wall.

Biles noted that the house represented a period of significant personal growth and career milestones. The couple is reportedly moving into a custom-built dream home.
