Simone Biles relocating to Indianapolis for NFL career

Overview

Olympic gymnast Simone Biles has announced plans to officially relocate to Indianapolis to support her husband, NFL safety Jonathan Owens, during his tenure with the Indianapolis Colts. While the couple maintains a primary residence in Houston, Texas, Biles intends to establish a base in Indiana to follow Owens’s career.

Throughout the season, Biles has been a frequent presence at Lucas Oil Stadium, often debuting custom game-day fashions. Following Owens's move to the Colts, Biles transitioned from a Chicago-inspired wardrobe to new looks, including monochromatic ensembles and personalized attire. During a game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Biles shared a video of her casual home attire, captioning it, “sorry my gameday fit at home is lame “GO COLTS” 🗣️.” On September 27, the couple attended a home game against the Houston Texans wearing coordinated Balenciaga outfits.

Biles has noted that she has adjusted her travel schedule to accommodate work commitments, meaning she will not attend away games. When attending home games, she focuses on hosting family and friends to allow Owens to focus on his recovery and practice.

In October, Biles shared an emotional video on TikTok reflecting on the sale of her Houston-area home, a nearly 4,000-square-foot residence where she and Owens had lived for six years. The property, located near Spring, Texas, sold for an estimated amount between $1.08 million and $1.24 million. The couple is reportedly moving into a custom-built dream home.
