Sinaloa Government Provides Integrated Welfare Services in Los Arroyitos

On Thursday, July 9 2026, the State Government of Sinaloa, together with the Sistema DIF Sinaloa, carried out the "Brigadas del Bienestar" program in the community of Los Arroyitos, Elota municipality. Hundreds of residents received comprehensive assistance, including medical care, psychological counseling, social work, legal advice, food assistance, functional support, and services for people with disabilities, the elderly, children and adolescents.

The effort was led by DIF Sinaloa director Lic. Mercedes Ibarra Medina, representing president Dra. Eneyda Rocha Ruiz. State agencies such as the Health Secretariat, the Civil Registry, the Secretariat of Welfare and Sustainable Development (SEBIDES), ICATSIN and the State Tax Administration (SATES) coordinated their services and offered special discounts on vehicle‑related procedures. The brigades are part of the government's strategy to deliver public welfare programs directly to vulnerable communities throughout Sinaloa.
