Sindh MDCAT 2026 final results announced

The SIBA Testing Service has released the final results for the 2026 Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) in Sindh. The results were finalized after the testing service reviewed and addressed various complaints regarding the examination, which was conducted on September 20 across nine centers in cities including Karachi, Hyderabad, Jamshoro, and Sukkur.

Out of 33,336 candidates who appeared for the exam, 22,538 were female. To qualify for medical college admission, candidates must secure at least 55 percent, while a minimum of 50 percent is required for dental colleges.

Notably, no students from Karachi secured a position within the top 20 merit list. The highest score of 179 out of 180 was achieved by a female candidate from Shikarpur. The top 20 positions were entirely occupied by students from districts outside of Karachi, with the highest-ranking Karachi-based candidate appearing at serial number 21.
