Jack recognized as biological father of Thiên An's daughter by court

A court in Ho Chi Minh City has officially recognized singer Jack (Trịnh Trần Phương Tuấn) as the biological father of actress Thiên An’s daughter, following DNA test results. The ruling concludes a civil dispute regarding paternity and parental rights.

Following the verdict, Thiên An stated she respects the court's decision and is willing to support Jack in visiting their daughter. She noted that she has never prevented him from fulfilling his duties and expressed relief that the child's lineage is now legally clear.

Jack’s management company, J97 Promotion, issued a statement affirming that the artist will fulfill his responsibilities, including visiting and caring for the child sincerely and without conditions. The company also disputed certain financial figures presented by the defendant during the trial, claiming they did not accurately reflect the support provided by his family.

Legal experts note that Jack now holds the rights and obligations of a father under the Law on Marriage and Family, including care, education, and potential child support. To formalize these rights, he must follow procedures to update the child's birth certificate to include his name.
