Various municipal and community initiatives in Brazil are focusing on women's professional training to promote financial independence and the creative economy.

In Sinop, the City Hall and Águas de Sinop partnered for the ‘De Olho no Óleo’ project. Approximately 50 women participated in a workshop to learn how to transform used cooking oil into liquid and bar soap. This initiative aims to combine income generation with environmental education by teaching proper oil disposal to prevent sewage system blockages.

Other regional efforts include a creative economy workshop in Quissamã, where 100 women completed training in embroidery and fashion customization. Additionally, in Campo Grande, the Community Support Fund (FAC) organized a culinary workshop focused on Bolivian cuisine, such as salteñas, to teach entrepreneurship, pricing, and commercial packaging to local women.
