SK Kladno and Kostelec nad Vltavou strengthen squads ahead of Czech lower‑division campaigns

Czech Second League side SK Kladno announced several new signings as it prepares for a pre‑season friendly against Mladá Boleslav. Coach Zdeněk Hašek highlighted the arrivals of Spanish forward Antonio Molina and Albania U‑21 international Enes Osmani, saying, “We are pleased that Mladá Boleslav accommodated us and will play the match; the duel will help us decide which players earn contracts.” The club also added Brazilian striker Marco Tulio, defender Martin Toml and other prospects while thanking departing players.

In the ninth‑tier district league, Kostelec nad Vltavou avoided relegation with a strong spring run. Manager‑goalkeeper Martin Šípek, who returned to the club and helped shape the roster, noted, “Anyone who looked at the table after autumn would have written us off, but that’s the beauty of football.” The team added key signings, improved squad morale and, thanks to striker Venca Vařenka’s eight goals in nine matches, climbed to 11th place, securing its place in the district competition.
