Skopje to host Erasmus Cross sports event

The Erasmus Cross, a sports and entertainment event, will take place on Sunday, October 18, at 10:00 AM in the City Park of Skopje. Organized by the National Agency for European Educational Programs and Mobility, the event serves as the official conclusion to the Erasmus Days initiative held from October 12 to 17.

The event aims to celebrate the successes and opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ program in the fields of education, training, youth, and sports. It is designed to bring together primary and secondary school students in a non-competitive race symbolizing unity, dynamism, and new horizons for young people.

The primary objectives of the cross are to promote physical health, healthy habits, inclusion, and European values among the new generation. In addition to age-category races, the program will include entertainment activities and information sessions regarding the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program.
