Slavonski Brod police conduct traffic safety education for students

Police officers from the Slavonski Brod Traffic Police Station conducted safety education sessions for first-grade students in Oriovac, Slavonski Kobaš, and Brodski Stupnik. The program, part of the ‘Respect Our Signs’ operational plan, focused on legal regulations for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers, as well as the correct use of seatbelts and child safety seats.

Participants received reflective collars to improve visibility during low-light conditions such as fog, twilight, or night. Additionally, officers participated in the ‘Safe to School with HAK’ campaign in Slavonski Brod, teaching children aged 5 to 8 basic traffic rules, including traffic light recognition and safe road crossing techniques.
