Slovakia launches tourism packages for Expo 2027 in Belgrade
Slovakia has become the first country to announce tourism packages for Expo 2027, which will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, from May 15 to August 15, 2027. These packages, available via the official website starting November 1, will include event tickets, accommodation, and transportation to encourage Slovak visitors to explore Serbia.
During a promotional event in Bratislava under the ‘Visit Serbia’ campaign, officials highlighted that the Slovak pavilion will focus on four pillars: culture, tourism, business, and sport. The goal is to use the exhibition to foster new business contacts and strengthen existing economic ties between the two nations. More than 30 Slovak companies have already confirmed their participation.
Organizers noted that ticket prices are intended to be accessible, with the most expensive options estimated at approximately 25 euros. The Expo 2027 theme is ‘Play for Humanity: Sport and Music for All,’ and over 135 countries have already confirmed their official participation.
