Slovenia government approval drops in latest polling

Recent polling data from the Vox Populi survey by Ninamed indicates a decline in support for the Slovenian government. Approximately 57.1% of respondents rated the government's work as unsuccessful, an increase from 49.6% in July.

In hypothetical election scenarios, the Slovenian Democratic Party (SDS) and the Freedom Movement (Gibanje Svoboda) are closely matched. The SDS received 22.6% of the total vote, while the Freedom Movement followed closely with 22.3%. If elections were held immediately, the opposition coalition—comprising the Freedom Movement, Social Democrats (SD), and The Left (Levica)—would hold 48 seats in the National Assembly, compared to 40 seats for the governing coalition of SDS, New Slovenia (NSi), and the Democrats.

Regarding institutional trust, the Constitutional Court maintains the highest level of confidence among respondents, followed by the President of the Republic and the government. The National Assembly holds the lowest level of trust.
