Postojna police investigation into death of 74-year-old woman

Police in the Postojna region of Slovenia are investigating the death of a 74-year-old woman in the village of Malo Ubeljsko. The investigation began after neighbors reported seeing smoke emanating from a family home.

Firefighters from Veliko Ubeljsko, Postojna, and Studenec responded to the scene, where they discovered the deceased woman in a garage. Unofficial reports suggest the incident may involve a family tragedy, with suspicions that the woman's son may have killed her before setting the house on fire.
