Various infrastructure and maintenance projects are underway across the French transport network, impacting rail and urban transit services.

SNCF Réseau is investing 8.7 million euros to modernize the Dijon-Paris line, specifically targeting Laroche-Migennes and Saint-Florentin. The works involve replacing switches, rails, and ballast to improve safety and reliability. In the Île-de-France region, several RER lines are facing disruptions: the RER A is resuming service between Vincennes and Noisy-le-Grand, while the RER B will experience traffic interruptions between Gare du Nord and Denfert-Rochereau during the weekend of August 29-30 due to signaling upgrades. Additionally, the Nation station is undergoing platform renovations.

In Brest, maintenance on the cable car is scheduled for late September, and tramway lines A and B will face nighttime maintenance. Localized rail works are also occurring at Remiremont station and the Pont-de-l'Arche station. The latter project, costing 860,000 euros, aims to modernize station access and increase greenery to support the Rouen-Paris line.
