São Paulo app driver found dead in vehicle trunk

The body of 25-year-old app driver Rafael Zimbarg Francez was discovered in the trunk of his own vehicle in the West Zone of São Paulo. Francez had been missing for four days after leaving for work on a Monday night.

Police reported that the vehicle was found without license plates and with an adulterated plate from another car. Preliminary observations by the Military Police indicated signs of violence, including bruises and a gunshot wound, though definitive findings await a medical examiner's report. The Homicide Department is currently investigating the death, considering various hypotheses including robbery followed by murder.
