São Paulo FC faces management reflections and coaching challenges

Former São Paulo executive Rui Costa recently addressed his decision to dismiss former coach Hernán Crespo. Costa stated that, given the information and perceptions available at the time, he would make the same decision again. He noted a lack of synchronization between the coaching staff and the club's management regarding player signings and the team's ability to be a protagonist in the competition.

Meanwhile, São Paulo manager Dorival Júnior is looking to recover from a 2-0 defeat against Cruzeiro, which dropped the team to 11th place in the Campeonato Brasileiro. Júnior expressed hope for a stronger performance in the upcoming match against Vitória, specifically highlighting the expected return of Lucas Moura to the squad following his recovery from an Achilles tendon injury.
