The culinary scene in São Paulo continues to see recognition for standout dining establishments and chefs. Giovanna Perrone, leading the Cellar Cave restaurant and wine shop in Vila Nova Conceição, has been named ‘chef-revelation of the year’ by Folha de S. Paulo and Veja São Paulo Comer e Beber.

In another notable achievement, the restaurant Osso has secured the title of ‘Best Meat’ in São Paulo for the fourth consecutive time. Managed by chef Isabella Ítalla and overseen by Alexandre and Guilherme Mora, the establishment is recognized for its selection of meats, including cuts with up to sixty days of controlled maturation.
