ČSOB and mBank to suspend online banking services in Slovakia

ČSOB mBank online banking outage Slovakia instant payments

ČSOB announced a planned outage of its online banking platform from 00:01 to 01:00 on Friday, 31 July. The disruption will affect SmartBanking, My ČSOB, the ČSOB PSD2 API and Business Banking Lite (until 01:30). Internet banking, the mobile app and third‑party PSD2 services will be unavailable, while ATMs and card‑payment terminals will continue to work.

mBank scheduled a technical interruption for instant payments on the night of 2 August, from 00:30 to 04:30. During this period any attempt to send or receive instant payments will be rejected, but all other payment types will process normally. Customers are advised to wait until the outage ends before initiating instant transfers.
