Social housing developments completed in Strzegom and Człopa

New social housing developments have been completed in Strzegom and Człopa, Poland, providing modern residential options for local families.

In Strzegom, the Świdnickie Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego (TBS) completed two buildings on Górna Street at a cost of over 45.7 million PLN. The project provides 88 move-in-ready apartments, each featuring garages, elevators, and eco-friendly technologies such as heat pumps and photovoltaic panels. Plans are already underway to redesign a third building, which is expected to include approximately 39 apartments and commercial spaces, with construction potentially concluding in 2029.

In Człopa, the first completed investment under the Social Housing Initiative (SIM KZN Wielkopolska) has seen its first residents receive keys to 11 new apartments on Kolejowa Street. The three-story building is equipped with elevators, individual heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and solar panels. Due to secured funding, resident participation in the investment cost was limited to 10%, with maximum costs for the largest units not exceeding 30,000 PLN.
