Sofia University expands Burgas branch with three new master’s programmes

The Faculty of Pedagogy of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” will launch three new master's degrees at its Burgas branch starting the 2026/2027 academic year. The programmes are: • Informal Education and Sports Innovation – combining out‑of‑class learning theory with modern sport‑management practice; • Social Work with Refugees and Migrants – training specialists for NGOs, public services and international bodies; • Social Work with Children and Families – aimed at professionals in child protection, social services and family counselling. The expansion builds on the existing two‑year Master in Educational Management offered at the same campus, widening study options for students in Burgas and the surrounding region without the need to travel to Sofia. The university will publish application details, deadlines and enrolment procedures on its official websites.
