Software providers expand e-invoicing and automated debt collection capabilities

Several software providers are expanding digital automation for electronic invoicing and debt collection processes.

In Germany, ZUGFeRDig has partnered with gerichtsmahnverfahren.de, operated by twenty4collect GmbH. This integration allows small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to transition seamlessly from creating compliant electronic invoices—using formats such as ZUGFeRD, Factur-X, and XRechnung—to initiating legal dunning procedures. The process enables users to send overdue invoices directly from their archive to the digital platform for debt collection without manual data reentry.

Separately, easy software and TRAFFIQX have announced a strategic partnership to facilitate international e-invoicing. By integrating the TRAFFIQX platform into the easy invoice solution, companies can exchange electronic invoices across borders while adhering to various international regulatory requirements and network standards, such as Peppol. The collaboration aims to automate the processing, verification, and forwarding of incoming invoices within existing business workflows.
