Sohail Afridi accuses Sindh government of obstructing road access

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has accused the Sindh government of attempting to obstruct his street movement toward Karachi by digging trenches, placing containers, and blocking roads. Afridi demanded that the Sindh administration either take responsibility for these blockades or clarify who is behind them, stating that the people of Sindh would not accept such treatment of guests.

During a convention at the Sindh High Court Bar, Afridi pledged that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would support the people of Sindh in their struggle for constitutional rights and democracy. He criticized the current administration for mistreating PTI workers, including women, and challenged politicians to resign if they are not truly defending provincial rights.

Afridi also addressed regional stability, noting the cultural and religious bonds between Pakistan and Afghanistan and emphasizing the need for peaceful relations. He concluded by calling for preparations for a major march scheduled for September 27.
