Soledad de Graciano Sánchez partners with CANIRAC to support restaurant sector

The Municipal Economic Development Directorate of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez has met with representatives from the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (CANIRAC) to strengthen collaboration within the local restaurant sector.

According to Héctor Xavier Andrade Ovalle, head of the municipal department, the partnership aims to provide technical tools, professionalization, and regulatory guidance to restaurants, caterers, and beverage establishments. This initiative is designed to improve the opening, operation, and permanence of new businesses while reducing the risk of closure.

Key agreements include the development of a new edition of a business incubator in Soledad. This program will utilize specialized modules to support entrepreneurs during their initial years of operation, fostering local economic growth and preserving employment.
