The Municipal Civil Protection System of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez reports an estimated 80 percent compliance rate among companies, businesses, educational centers, and service spaces regarding internal safety programs and inspections.

Martín Bravo Galicia, Director of Municipal Civil Protection, noted an increase in awareness and participation from establishment owners to integrate internal brigades and meet regulatory standards. Training efforts are focused on specialized preparation and DC-3 certification to strengthen emergency response capabilities. The municipality intends to continue inspections, advisory services, and training throughout the remainder of the year.
