Sollstedt police detain man with high blood alcohol level

A 39-year-old man was apprehended by police in Sollstedt after causing a disturbance in an apartment building on Karl-Liebknecht-Straße on Tuesday evening.

Following reports from residents, officers arrived at the scene and detained the individual. While the man appeared only slightly intoxicated, a breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol level of nearly four per mille. Due to the high level of intoxication, which can pose significant health risks, the man was transported to a clinic via ambulance.
