Sony announces eight games leaving PlayStation Plus in October

Sony has updated the “Last Chance” section for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, announcing that eight titles will be removed from the service catalogue in mid-October.

The most notable departure is the Silent Hill 2 Remake, developed by Bloober Team. Other games scheduled to leave include Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Jurassic World Evolution 2, Death Squared, Rogue Lords, Gloomhaven, Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, and Lake.

Subscribers currently have until mid-October to download and complete these titles. While these games are departing, Sony has recently added ten new titles to the Extra and Premium tiers for September, including RuneScape: Dragonwilds, WWE 2K26, and Ball x Pit.
