Sony announces Hello Kitty limited editions for Xperia and WH-1000XM6

Sony has announced a limited-edition collaboration with Sanrio’s Hello Kitty, featuring specialized versions of its Xperia 10 VIII smartphone and WH-1000XM6 wireless noise-canceling headphones. The collection will be available exclusively through Sony Stores and Xperia specialty shops in Taiwan.

The Xperia 10 VIII Hello Kitty edition, priced at NT$22,390, includes the smartphone along with a branded crossbody bag, a tote bag, and original digital wallpapers. The device features Google Gemini AI integration, a brightness increase of 50% over its predecessor, and support for eSIM and microSD expansion up to 2TB. Pre-orders began on September 17, 2026, with official sales starting September 23, 2026.

The WH-1000XM6 Hello Kitty edition, priced at NT$14,400, is expected to launch in mid-October 2026. This headphone set includes a branded storage case and tote bag. The WH-1000XM6 features the QN3 high-resolution noise-canceling processor, which offers processing speeds seven times faster than previous models, and utilizes 12 microphones for enhanced noise detection.
