Sony expands ULT POWER SOUND party speaker lineup

Sony Electronics has expanded its ULT POWER SOUND series of party speakers with the introduction of three new models: the ULT TOWER MAX, ULT TOWER 7, and ULT TOWER 5. These speakers are designed for activities such as DJing, dancing, and karaoke, focusing on deep bass and high sound pressure.

The new lineup features newly developed large circular woofers, expanded speaker cabinets, and ULT DUCT technology to enhance low-frequency performance. The sound profiles were refined through collaborations with hip-hop creators, including Dot Da Genius, Daru Jones, DJ Dready, and Dennis “ROC. am” Jones.

Each model includes a signature ULT button offering four sound modes: ULT1 for deep bass, ULT2 for high sound pressure, FLAT for natural reproduction, and LIVE for a spatial performance feel. Additional features include various lighting modes—BEAT, WAVE, and MELLOW—and the Party Chain feature, which uses Auracast to synchronize music and lighting across multiple compatible speakers.
