Sony launches 115‑inch Bravia TV in India, expanding True RGB lineup

Sony India unveiled its flagship BRAVIA 9II 115‑inch (292 cm) television, the largest TV the company has released for the Indian market. The model uses Sony’s True RGB technology with RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro, delivering a wider colour volume, higher brightness and precise colour control. It ships with 4K resolution, a 120 Hz panel, Google TV, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and gaming features such as 4K at 120 fps, variable refresh rate and Auto Low Latency Mode.

The 115‑inch TV is priced at ₹45,99,900 (best‑buy price ₹28,99,990), while 75‑inch and 85‑inch variants are offered at ₹8,39,900 and ₹9,89,900 respectively. Sony India Managing Director Sunil Nayyar said the launch furthers the “Cinema is Coming Home” vision, and Global Head of Home Product Business Division Nezu Daisuke highlighted the aim to reproduce creators’ intent in the home. Brand ambassador filmmaker S. S. Rajamouli also promoted the new range. The launch comes as Sony competes with other premium TV makers such as Samsung, LG, TCL and Hisense in India’s high‑end market.
