Sony 2026 BRAVIA True RGB TV rollout

Overview

In late July 2026 Sony unveiled its new 2026 BRAVIA television range featuring True RGB back‑light technology. In Germany the company announced the flagship Bravia 9 II with Mini‑LED panels in 65‑ to 115‑inch sizes, running Android 14 and priced from €3,049 to €34,999. The same day Sony launched the lineup in Thailand, adding the compact Bravia 7 II—the first Thai model with True RGB—alongside the 9 II flagship (85‑inch) and the configurable Bravia 3 II up to 100 inches. Prices started at 52,990 THB for the 7 II and 139,990 THB for the 9 II. An accompanying BRAVIA Theatre audio suite, including soundbars, sub‑woofers and rear speakers, was introduced to complement the new TVs. Both releases highlight Sony’s coordinated global rollout of the True RGB technology across premium home‑cinema products.
