Sony to announce October PlayStation Plus games amid Disney title delistings

Sony is set to announce the October 2026 lineup for PlayStation Plus Essential on September 30, with games scheduled to become available for download on October 6. While specific titles have not been officially confirmed, the announcement is highly anticipated by the gaming community.

Simultaneously, several classic Disney titles, including Toy Story 2 and Toy Story 3, have been delisted from the PlayStation Store and removed from the PlayStation Plus Premium catalog. This removal prevents new purchases and affects subscribers' access to these specific versions. However, existing owners of the digital versions should still be able to access their games.

The delisting coincides with the upcoming release of Toy Story: Retro Roundup! by Atari, a collection celebrating the franchise's 30th anniversary. This new collection will include various Disney and Pixar classics, such as Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, and Toy Story Racer, intended for modern platforms.
