Sophie Cunningham launches new basketball podcast ‘No Hesitation’

Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham has launched a new podcast titled ‘No Hesitation,’ co-hosted with basketball trainer Drew Hanlen. The new program replaces her previous show, ‘Show Me Something,’ which ended following a period of inactivity and public disagreements regarding transgender athletes in women’s sports. Cunningham noted that the rebranding allows for a stricter focus on basketball.

Cunningham has also addressed various public topics, including her response to being labeled a ‘sex symbol’ by analyst Colin Cowherd, which she embraced as a way to demonstrate that femininity and athleticism are not mutually exclusive. Additionally, she has maintained her stance on transgender participation in sports, stating she wants to ‘protect young girls’ while emphasizing her focus remains on the Fever’s playoff push.

Off the court, Cunningham has been the subject of social media speculation regarding a potential relationship with Grand Canyon University athletic trainer Frank Adams, though neither has officially confirmed the rumors. On the professional front, she has advocated for better WNBA infrastructure, suggesting a future commissioner prioritize functional practice facilities for all teams.
