Sorocaba athletes win 11 medals at national Paralympic meet

At the Meeting Paralímpico Loterias Caixa 2026 in Brasília, the Paralympic athletics and power‑lifting team of the Associação Criança Feliz de Sorocaba secured eleven medals – nine gold and two silver. Isaac Santos captured gold in the T34 100 m and 200 m sprints, while Paulo Miguel Xavier earned gold in the F40 javelin and shot‑put. Raquel Tegani won gold in the T11 100 m and 200 m, and Sheila Aparecida added a gold in javelin and a silver in the T44/F44 100 m.
