Postbank is extending its card‑replacement programme, allowing beneficiaries to swap the old gold cards for new black cards free of charge until 31 August. Additional replacement counters will operate on Saturday, 6 June, at selected retail outlets. The new black cards feature enhanced security and can be used across all National Payment System channels.

The authors recommend strengthening digital systems, aligning national policies, and improving stakeholder involvement to enhance service delivery.
