Southern Italy launches major public recruitment drives

Public administration agencies in Southern Italy have launched significant recruitment initiatives to strengthen local governance and strategic sectors.

Formez PA has opened a selection process for highly specialized experts for projects in Campania and Basilicata. The roles include an aquaculture expert with a potential compensation of 153,000 euros and a communications specialist. These positions offer remote work flexibility and are part of efforts to modernize regional sectors.

Simultaneously, a large-scale public competition under the RIPAM Cohesion program is recruiting 882 technical specialists for permanent positions across several regions, including Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardegna, and Sicilia. The recruitment targets architects, engineers, and territorial planners to support the PN Cohesion 2021-2027 framework. The selection process will be conducted digitally through a single written exam.
