Spain hosts regional debates on Artificial Intelligence applications

Various regional events in Spain are focusing on the implications and applications of Artificial Intelligence.

In Tenerife, the Fundación Hospitalarias Tenerife will host its IV Innovation Conference on September 29 at the University of La Laguna. The event, themed ‘Seguimos construyendo futuro’, aims to analyze technological advances and the use of AI in neurorehabilitation and cognitive rehabilitation for individuals with intellectual disabilities and acquired brain injury. The conference seeks to promote the exchange of experiences to improve quality of life through innovation.

In Valladolid, the ninth edition of the Foro Somos Castilla y León will feature debates regarding the rapid advancement of AI. Held at the Casa de la Música y el Teatro de Arroyo de la Encomienda, the forum will bring together experts from politics, academia, business, and unions. The discussions will address the social, economic, industrial, and political challenges and benefits posed by AI development within the Castilla y León region.
