The luxury real estate market in Spain features several high-value properties, primarily concentrated in the Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands. Other notable high-end listings include a 46 million euro coastal residence in Pollença, Mallorca, and the Villa Solitaire in Palma, valued at 39.5 million euros. In the Málaga region, the Hispano-Arabic style estate La Madrugada in Benahavís is listed for 34 million euros.
In the Castilla-La Mancha region, the most exclusive property is located in Toledo within the Los Cigarrales-La Bastida area. This estate overlooks the Tagus River and sits on a 12,000 square meter plot. The residence features five bedrooms, a professional cinema, a gym, and holds an A+ energy efficiency certification.
