Spain opens applications for Gestor Administrativo profession until Oct 1 2026

The Boletín Oficial del Estado (BOE) published a call to become a Gestor Administrativo in Spain. The application window runs from 31 July to 1 October 2026, inclusive, and is open to university graduates in law, economics and social sciences. Candidates must pass a 250‑question multiple‑choice test and a practical case covering constitutional, civil, commercial, administrative, labour, tax and statutory law. All details, including the exam programme and electronic submission portal, are available on the website of the Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Gestores Administrativos.

President Fernando Jesús Santiago Ollero of the Council highlighted the profession as a pathway for graduates to start an independent business, noting the growing demand driven by digitalisation, new electronic systems and artificial‑intelligence tools in public administration. He urged professionals seeking an entrepreneurial career to consider the role, which now plays a crucial part in ensuring legal security and facilitating interactions between citizens, companies and public bodies.
