Spain SailGP Team targets victory at València Grand Prix

The Spain SailGP Team, known as Los Gallos, is preparing to compete in the Sail Grand Prix held in València this weekend. Tony Alquézar, CEO of the team, stated that the primary objective is to win the trophy to maintain their high standing in the overall championship rankings.

The team currently holds second place in the general classification and aims to secure a spot in the season finale in Abu Dhabi. Alquézar noted that while competing at home in Spain increases pressure due to the local crowd, the team is well-prepared and focused.

The event features F50 catamarans capable of speeds exceeding 100 km/h. Organizers expect a high level of public interest, with many spectators expected to watch the races from the beach and the port area.
