Spain's Bullfighting Festivals Highlighted in TV Broadcasts and Novillada Semifinals

Canal Sur Televisión will broadcast three major bullfighting events from the Feria de Málaga, including the 150th anniversary corrida at La Malagueta on August 20, 21 and 22. The televised shows feature matadors Morante, Diego Urdiales, Fortes, Manuel Escribano, Emilio de Justo and David de Miranda, with bulls from the Núñez del Cubillo, Victorino Martín and Torrealta Garcigrande herds.

The Valencian Novilladas 2026 semifinals have been set for September 5 in Ondara and September 19 in Algemesí, where six young bullfighters—Alberto Donaire, Simón Andreu, Javier Cuartero, Marco Polope, Samuel Castrejón and Ian Bermejo—will compete for places in the Grand Final scheduled for October 4 in Villena.
