A June 2026 report from Idealista shows that the median price per square metre for a home in Córdoba rose 10.8% year‑on‑year to €1,777, still well below the national average of €2,823 and 18.4% under the historic peak of €2,178 recorded in December 2007.

An artificial‑intelligence model from Fotocasa predicts that in the third quarter of 2026 the city of Segovia will register the only price decrease among the nine provincial capitals of Castilla‑y‑León, falling about 0.5%. The same forecast expects price growth in the other eight capitals, led by Ávila (+5.5%). At the national level the AI anticipates price gains in 43 of Spain’s provincial capitals and declines in seven, with the strongest quarterly increases projected for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (+8.1%), Guadalajara (+6.3%) and A Coruña (+6.0%).
