Spain's electricity price varies by hour on June 19 and June 21, 2026

On Friday 19 June 2026 the Spanish wholesale electricity market recorded an average price of 85.28 €/MWh. The cheapest hour was between 13:00 and 14:00 at 1.35 €/MWh, while the most expensive period was 22:00‑23:00 at 148.47 €/MWh. Prices rose sharply after 18:00, surpassing 100 €/MWh.

Two days later, on Sunday 21 June 2026 the average price jumped to 190.01 €/MWh. Negative and near‑zero prices were observed early in the morning, with a low of 0.21 €/MWh at 09:00‑10:00 and the cheapest hour at 01:00‑02:00 (93.03 €/MWh). The highest price occurred again at 22:00‑23:00, reaching 139.29 €/MWh.
