Spain's Social Security demands €42,000 repayment from mother of two over minimum income

Critics say the recoveries are based on administrative mistakes and threaten legal action, with NGOs supporting the affected families. The woman has already repaid €3,000 voluntarily and now faces possible asset seizure if she cannot pay the full amount.
