Spanish bullfighters Ruiz de Velasco and Julio Romero lead regional festivals

In recent bullfighting events in Spain, Eduardo Ruiz de Velasco and Julio Romero emerged as the standout performers in their respective festivals.

During the XXVI Alfarero de Oro in Villaseca de la Sagra, Ruiz de Velasco was the only bullfighter to earn an ear, succeeding after recovering from a dangerous injury with the cape. The event also saw Jesús Romero treated for multiple injuries after being gored twice by the first bull.

In Calasparra, during the opening of the Feria del Arroz, Julio Romero earned a lap of honor after a meritorious performance. Other participants, including Alberto Donaire and Daniel Moset, did not achieve significant trophies during the session.
