Spanish land auctions list properties at deep discounts

An online auction platform has listed a 164,589 m² estuary in Chiclana, Cádiz, with a starting price of €99,546, far below its €998,836 valuation. The parcel includes a small office building and a 60 m² warehouse, is currently used for aquaculture, and carries a 60‑year concession without annual fees. The bidding will remain open until 21 August, with the latest offer at €100,546.

Separately, a 26,000 m² plot of non‑urbanizable rural land in Yebes, Guadalajara, is being auctioned from a base price of €11,750, representing a roughly 94 % discount to its €190,000 appraisal. The sale is part of the liquidation of the former real‑estate firm Reyal Urbis, which entered bankruptcy in 2013 and was dissolved in 2017. The auction runs until 31 August and requires a guarantee deposit of over €3,800. This parcel is one of 192 assets across Spain being sold to maximize recovery for creditors.
